This is the third occasion that you have done home improvements for me and each time you have continued to amaze me with the proficiency of your skills, sincere care, concern and "no problem" attitude for the project has certainly taken the worry out of it. You are to be commended on your punctuality, neatness, and your courteous men. All aspects of the jobs were completed to the highest standards with attention to every detail. My sincere appreciation not only for the excellence of your craftsmanship but your thoughtful consideration. I am positively thrilled with my new 3 Season Room. This is an opinion shared by everyone who has seen it. You went far beyond what would normally be expected of a contractor/client relationship.

David is a perfectionist who is dedicated to doing the job right. The quality of his work is more than just visual. It extends to what you cannot see. He is very up to date on the latest in materials and construction techniques. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends. Matter of fact, we gave him a second job before he finished the first job. If you have David involved in your project, you will not be disappointed. It will be done right the first time.

While preparing for the remodeling of our kitchen, bathrooms, and roof I did as much research as possible and developed a list of three contractors. David was number 1 on the list. After my initial 2-hour meeting with David I didn't bother to call anyone else. I came away from that initial meeting with three distinct impressions of David; he was very enthusiastic about his work, he took tremendous pride in his work, and he was an honorable man. During the 8 weeks that David and his team worked on our remodeling project I found that each of these initial impressions was true. David and his team are courteous and professional. David kept our project on schedule even when that meant some long days and occasional Saturday work for he and his team. Additionally, David is an outstanding communicator. He kept us up to date during the entire project with status reports and letting us know what was immediately ahead for the project. We are very satisfied and have already contracted with David to have he and his team come back this year to replace our deck and sliding glass door. My wife and I could not recommend David more strongly.

Lisa and I are very pleased with the complete remodeling of our home's exterior that included the removal of the existing siding made up of wood shingles and stucco, replacement of the entire roof with one that will last for decades, and a complete rebuild of our front and back porches. David was on the project every step of the way from beginning to end. His team was here practically every weekday and David even worked on several weekends to compensate for delays due to the rain. He met with us regularly on the progress made and we consistently observed progress made each day. He and his team consistently cleaned up each day. Above all, the quality of the work was exceptional, and we would highly recommend him to family and friends.

John and I welcomed the completion of our half-bath off our kitchen. We required additional work including a new kitchen ceiling, the updating of our electrical power, and plumbing. David St. Germain of the David St. Germain Remodeling Company designed our half-bath and made suggestions that would save us from future costly expenses. He organized and supervised the plumbing staff, electrician and carpenters. Even with the terrible winter storms everything moved along efficiently. We are very pleased with the final result and cannot express our thanks for the care and daily tidying up until the work was done.
